Tracking issues

Our team is using the browser version for these shows and when one person is tracking, it is not updating for the rest of the team without refreshing.  Is there a setting that we are not turning on to make that work properly?

    What types of devices does your team use to follow the show? (Mobile, desktop, laptop?)

    • Stuart Burrows I assume your crew have showcaller tracking turned on in the bottom left of the screen and have selected the correct show caller?

      Does anything happen on their screen when the show caller tracks the next item?

  • Yes, we had the showcaller turned on in our screens.  When the showcaller clicked "track" it was following along, timestamps, Run time etc.  If I refreshed my screen, it would catch up to where the show caller was.

    • Stuart Burrows So you can see the show caller tracking through the items but it isn't automatically moving your screen to the correct location?

    • Matthew Peterson The showcallers screen is working properly, it's not tracking on anyone elses' screen with out refreshing the screen

    • Stuart Burrows very strange. When I tested it in one of my shows, everything seemed to work.

      Would you mind tracking through a few items as a show caller to see if I encounter the same thing when trying to follow you?

    • Stuart Burrows You might need to refresh. Do you mind jumping on a zoom call? probably easier to trouble shoot in realtime haha
