Studio lost it's presenter/media controls
Hello,
I've been playing around with Studio in order to learn how it does things, and by uploading a media file managed to get the director's screen lower-left region stuck saying "loading indicator todo". All of the right-side controls work, and the man display works, but all of the presenter/media controls have vanished. About the only thing I haven't tried is restarting chrome....
Any ideas?

I'm sorry to hear you're having this problem. It is a known bug that can occur when an unsupported file type is uploaded to Studio. It causes the current Studio to enter a broken state. At the moment, if this occurs, the next step is to create a new Studio environment.
The dev team is aware of this and is working towards a fix that will prevent the ability for unsupported files to be uploaded.

To clarify for other readers- "file type" is the file name extension (e.g. .mp4 or .png), not the contents of the file itself. If you have a .m4v file, rename it to .mp4 and it should be fine.

Absent other info, I think it's only the ones shows in the file upload dialog or in the how-to pages, so mp3, mp4, .png, .jpeg (but not jpg), .bmp, .wav.
